These Terms govern the Scyron website, apps, agents, integrations, and related services. Scyron is a technical-support service: a person or organization asks Scyron to resolve a problem, and Scyron works on the real phone or laptop with the device owner’s approval and leaves a receipt of what it did.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Scyron, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Scyron for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. What Scyron does

Scyron receives a request by voice or chat, investigates the problem, and, with the device owner’s approval, works directly on real phones and laptops to resolve it. It shows your team each step as it happens and records what it looked at, what it changed, who approved it, and what could not be verified in a receipt. Some capabilities run in hosted Scyron infrastructure; others use apps, agents, or integrations that you or your organization enable.

What Scyron can check or change depends on the device, how it is managed, and the permissions granted. Recurring routines run only within the objective, scope, credentials, and permissions you configure.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding credentials, access tokens, device access, integration tokens, and recovery methods, and for activity performed through your account or workspace.

Do not share credentials in a way that defeats plan limits or grants unauthorized access. Tell us promptly at hello@scyron.ai if you believe your Scyron account or hosted service has been compromised.

4. Devices, sessions, and approvals

Scyron works on a device only inside a session that the device owner or a named approver has agreed to. The session names the device, the scope, and a time limit. Screen sharing and device control are separate permissions, each for that session only. New credentials, spending, permission or security changes, deletions, and scope changes always stop for a named approver.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to authorize access to a device or account, and for reviewing the permissions you grant and the sensitivity of the information involved before you start a session or enable an integration.

5. Your directions and authority

You may use Scyron for support and IT work involving accounts, devices, and data you are authorized to access, public information, and systems you own or have permission to operate. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority for the objective, target, credentials, data, and resulting action.

Your permission to operate your device does not create permission to access another person's account or a third-party system. Valid credentials do not override platform terms, confidentiality duties, rate limits, or a later revocation of access.

6. Automated actions and outputs

Scyron uses AI, and its outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Because Scyron can take actions on devices, review what it proposes before you approve it, and configure approval policies appropriate to the risk of the task. A receipt reports what Scyron observed; where it could not verify a result, it says so.

Do not treat an output as professional legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety advice. Scyron does not guarantee that generated content, research, or automation results are correct, secure, non-infringing, or fit for production without review.

7. Integrations and third-party services

Scyron may use provider APIs, device-management, identity, and ticketing tools, and other services that you or your organization connect. You remain responsible for third-party terms and for stopping when access is explicitly revoked or a system indicates that continued automated access is not authorized.

When you connect a third-party account or service, you direct Scyron to exchange information and perform requested actions with that provider. Scyron is not responsible for provider outages, policy changes, data handling, account restrictions, or decisions to reject an automated action.

8. Software license, plans, and fees

Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan, Scyron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Services for authorized purposes. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

Paid features, usage allowances, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are presented at purchase, on the pricing page, or in an order form. Diagnosis is free, and a fix or resolution counts toward usage or fees only when its receipt verifies it. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

9. Your content and results

You retain your rights in requests, messages, files, recordings, screen captures, workflows, account data, and other content you provide. Scyron does not receive ownership of your content merely because you use the Services.

You grant Scyron a limited license to process content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the features you choose. This does not permit us to use private files, account sessions, credentials, or device session traces to train shared models unless you affirmatively opt in.

10. Acceptable use

You may operate accounts, devices, applications, and data that you own or are authorized to use and run reasonable user-directed workflows. You may not use Scyron for unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, fraud, harmful surveillance, spam, deliberate service disruption, or continued access after clear revocation.

We may investigate apparent abuse and limit hosted features, licenses, or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, Scyron, or the public.

11. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis. Preview, beta, and experimental features may be unstable, change without notice, lose data, or produce unexpected actions. Maintain backups and do not use experimental features as the sole control for critical systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or quiet enjoyment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scyron and its affiliates, licensors, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from the Services.

12. Termination, governing law, and changes

You may stop using Scyron at any time. We may suspend or terminate hosted access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens other users or systems. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms as Scyron changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Questions can be sent to hello@scyron.ai.
