Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
Scyron works on a device only inside a session the device owner has approved, and it leaves a receipt of what it did. This Policy explains the information processed by the Scyron website, apps, agents, integrations, and hosted services, including when a request or session sends information to a provider or another service you choose.
1. Scope and responsibility
This Privacy Policy applies to Scyron-operated websites, apps, accounts, hosted services, support, and software features that link to it. It does not replace the privacy policy of a provider, integration, website, or account you direct Scyron to use.
Scyron Inc. is responsible for personal information it controls. For information sent directly to a provider at your direction, that provider may act as a separate controller or service provider under its own terms.
2. Sessions on your devices
Scyron looks at or changes a device only inside a session that the device owner or a named approver has agreed to. The session names the device, the scope, and a time limit. Screen sharing and device control are separate permissions, each for that session only. Passwords, files, messages, and other content on a device are not uploaded to Scyron merely because the software can reach the device.
Information leaves a device when you start a session, share your screen, send a message or recording, or enable a networked feature such as an integration, a connector, an update check, a support upload, or optional diagnostics. Scyron should make that boundary legible in the session and in its receipts.
3. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use Scyron, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, organization, and support communications.
- Purchase, subscription, plan, entitlement, and transaction information. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by Scyron.
- Website and service information, such as IP address, device and browser type, request time, referring page, essential storage, and security events.
- Session information you choose to share, such as device details, screen captures, recordings, voice and chat transcripts, errors, logs, crash details, and the actions and results recorded in receipts.
- Content sent through hosted Scyron features, including requests, responses, files, tool results, and workflow context required to provide the requested feature.
- Integration metadata, such as provider name, connection status, execution method, scopes, and redacted identifiers.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the Services, deliver apps and updates, manage accounts and plans, process purchases, run the sessions and requests you ask for, maintain integrations, produce receipts, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, communicate with you, and comply with law.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand reliability and product usage when it cannot reasonably be linked back to you. We do not sell personal information or use private Scyron content for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Providers, integrations, and automation data
Scyron uses AI and infrastructure providers to understand and act on your request. The request, relevant context, screen captures, files, tool results, and response are transmitted to the providers involved as needed to complete it. Review the retention and training settings of any provider you connect yourself before sending sensitive information.
A session may process what appears on a screen, accessibility information, account records, and action histories. Secrets such as passwords and keys are kept in a credential vault and are not placed in transcripts, logs, or receipts.
Scyron does not use the contents of your private files, account sessions, credentials, browser profiles, or device session traces to train shared Scyron models unless you affirmatively opt in or provide the content for that stated purpose.
6. When information is shared
We may share information with infrastructure, payment, security, support, analytics, and communications providers that help us operate Scyron under contractual restrictions. We also share information with providers and integrations you select, and when you explicitly publish, export, or send information through an automation.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale. If ownership changes, this Policy continues to apply unless you receive notice of a change.
7. Retention and security
We retain account, plan, transaction, support, service, session, receipt, and security records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and backup requirements.
Information that stays on your own devices remains under your control until you delete it. Removing an app may not remove files, profiles, exports, backups, or credentials stored elsewhere on your device.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your devices, operating-system accounts, browser profiles, API keys, and recovery methods, and keep software updated.
8. Your choices and rights
You can decline or end a session, disconnect integrations, delete information you control, disable optional diagnostics where offered, and stop using hosted services. You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of personal information Scyron controls by emailing hello@scyron.ai.
Your rights vary by location. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or necessary to protect security and legal rights. You may appeal a denied privacy request by replying to our decision.
9. International processing and children
Scyron and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
Scyron is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for anyone below the age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through hosted services.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as Scyron and applicable law change. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@scyron.ai. Please identify the Scyron account or service involved and do not include passwords, API keys, or unrelated private content.
