Questions

Does it replace our support team?

No. People handle what needs judgment, credentials, payment or a security change. Scyron hands over with the evidence.

What can it change on a device?

It depends on the device, how it is managed and the permissions granted. iPhone has different limits, and some paths are still in development.

Do customers have to install anything?

Screen sharing and control are separate yeses, each for that call only. Some devices need an app or enrollment first.

What counts as a resolution?

Only a request whose receipt verifies the fix. Blocked, escalated, cancelled and unresolved requests never count.

What if it cannot fix something?

The receipt says what was checked and what could not be, and nothing is claimed. It is marked Not resolved or escalated.

Is the example console real?

It runs on sample data, so no real device is touched. Isolating chats on one device is still being built.
